At the centre of any mailing job is the data to be used. Many Clients have their own in house database that they supply to us. We often need to clean these with a number of routines that we have developed using a range of internal and external sophisticated software tools. These include:

Insertion
Our machines can insert up to ten items into a single envelope and we can insert into DL, C5+ and C4+ envelopes. Ask about having your envelopes overprinted.
Film wrap
Great for magazines. We can also brand your cover sheet and regularly print surveys and order forms on the reverse. Interested?
Tabbing
Not all mailers need to be inserted into an envelope and, where a sheet suits simply being folded, we tab it closed with one or two clear tabs
Addressing
A one piece mailer such as a postcard only requires to be addressed - we have several options for applying this.
Hand Work
No job is too complicated and where the components of a mailing pack are not machinable we have trained staff who can complete it by hand. On one gloss laminated clam box for a Client they even wore surgical gloves to ensure that that there were no finger marks on the box!
